Neohesperidin dihydrochalcone (NHDC) is derived from natural ingredients of citrus (hesperidin) by bio-transformation. It is roughly 1500-1800 times sweeter than sucrose; the taste is refreshing with lasting aftertaste. NHDC has excellent effect of bitterness masking characteristics.
